Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub of the United States is an actress comedian, activist, and actress. She was born in Soviet Union to Jewish immigrants and began her career after her move from Israel to the United States as a child actor. The appearances she made as Lily Adams in AT&T TV commercials from 2013 until 2016 - and then in 2020 - have made her famous. Her commercial appearances were not her only activity she did. She was also a part of the Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015). In addition she was a series regular on Yahoo! Vayntrub is also the voice of Squirrel girl on Marvel Rising since 2018, after she was cast in the unaired television pilot New Warriors. Vayntrub is an Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) native, and also an American Jew. When she was just two she left with her parents to U.S. to escape antisemitism. She was able to settle in West Hollywood. Due to the family's financial problems the actress began appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials as a five-year-old. Vayntrub attended Beverly Hills High School briefly and then was kicked out of the school after her second year. She later obtained an GED, and earned an Associate of Arts degree in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. She was a member of the Upright Citizens Brigade, and learned improv comedy.
